100 miles (160km)

- Out and back course with aid stations roughly 10 miles apart

- Pacers may join you from the 50-mile mark

Normal Entry - R4250 (from 01/03/2021)

Runners will be responsible for:

- All food over the weekend (the clubhouse will be open)

- Masks / suitable face covering to be worn in the race village by all supporters and athletes
